In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on uuuok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+
• You are accessing uuuok voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or have not requested a permanent account closure on this Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee of any other person.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from uuuok for a violation of these Terms.
• The funds you use to deposit into your uuuok account are lawfully obtained and belong to you personally.
• You understand that gambling may result in financial loss and that past results do not predict future outcomes on any game or sporting event.

uuuok uses a combination of registration data checks, payment method verification, and document review to verify the age and identity of Players. Where identity verification (KYC) is required, Players must submit the documents requested within the timeframe specified by uuuok. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawals or full account restriction until the process is completed satisfactorily.

uuuok does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals below the age of 18. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is underage, the account will be immediately suspended, all gameplay history will be reviewed, and any funds deposited may be returned to the original payment source at uuuok's discretion, net of any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

Each individual may hold one (1) account on uuuok. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Registration Requirements

When creating your uuuok account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a preferred payment method registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles uuuok to close your account immediately.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your uuuok account. This includes any transactions, bets, or game sessions that occur whether or not you personally initiated them. uuuok strongly recommends that all Players:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify uuuok support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

uuuok will never contact a Player to request their password, PIN, or full payment card details via any channel including email, live chat, or SMS. Any such request purportedly from uuuok should be reported to support immediately as it may indicate a phishing attempt.

Account Name and Non-Transferability

Your uuuok account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to use your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the uuuok account holder.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on uuuok is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account wallet within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from the chosen provider. uuuok does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking such charges with their provider prior to depositing.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. uuuok reserves the right to reject deposits made from third-party accounts or unverified payment sources and to return such funds to their origin. Deposited funds are held in your uuuok wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon credit confirmation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in line with uuuok's same-method withdrawal policy. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players' funds.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, on public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional identity verification checks are required. uuuok is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider once a withdrawal has been dispatched from the uuuok system.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, uuuok may request the following verification documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash/Nagad number under the Player's name), and proof of address where required. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all required documents are received and approved.

Transaction Limits

uuuok applies daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are subject to change and may vary based on account verification level. General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have completed the standard account registration and verification requirements.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus more than once — including via a duplicate account — is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account wallet. Real money funds are wagered first unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a given promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• uuuok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are in active wagering.
• Certain games — including but not limited to live dealer games, sports betting, and selected jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero rate) toward bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

Bonus Abuse

uuuok employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, uuuok reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to restrict or close the relevant account.

All games available on uuuok are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) specifications, which are accessible from within the game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on uuuok's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and final result. uuuok is not liable for losses arising from connectivity interruptions, device failures, or browser errors that occur on the Player's end during an active game session.

For sports betting, all markets and odds are subject to the specific event rules published for each sport and competition. Bets accepted in error — including bets placed after an event has concluded or at prices that were clearly published incorrectly — may be voided at uuuok's discretion. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on uuuok is strictly forbidden. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and the balance reviewed prior to any determination on return of funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on uuuok:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or the name of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any verification stage.
• Using funds of unlawful origin to make deposits on uuuok.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse any technical vulnerability in the Platform's software or game engines.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under the laws of Bangladesh or internationally recognised frameworks.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uuuok support staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse a legitimate deposit transaction made to uuuok.

uuuok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, uuuok will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real money balance to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Any uncleared bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion via the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked from all real-money activity and no promotional communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable.

Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended by uuuok due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the Player will be notified by email. The Player may submit a formal dispute via [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receiving the suspension notice. uuuok will review the dispute and communicate its final decision within 30 days. During the review period, access to the account and any pending withdrawals will remain suspended. If the suspension is upheld following review, any balance held may be forfeited in accordance with the relevant section of these Terms governing the breach identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uuuok and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses sustained as a result of wagering on any game or sporting event offered on uuuok.
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance resulting from circumstances outside uuuok's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or maintenance periods that temporarily restrict access to the Platform.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks that affect service availability or transaction processing.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

uuuok provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While uuuok takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, secure, and fair operation of the Platform — including 256-bit SSL encryption, certified game providers, and regular security audits — no warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from any defect at all times.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit uuuok's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

uuuok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, uuuok will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. The updated Terms will be published on this page at uuuok.vip/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the uuuok Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. uuuok recommends that Players review this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms that apply to their use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with uuuok support shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 8 of these Terms.
