When you interact with the uuuok platform, we may collect personal information across the following categories:

Account and Identity Data

When you register an account on uuuok, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, chosen username, email address, and mobile phone number. Where identity verification (KYC) is required — such as prior to processing a withdrawal or following a flag during our fraud monitoring process — we may additionally collect a copy of your National ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with a proof-of-address document and a screenshot confirming payment method ownership in your name.

Financial and Transaction Data

• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the account relationship plus 2 years after opt-out, as evidence of consent history.

When personal data is no longer required and the applicable retention period has passed, uuuok will securely delete or anonymise the data so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

The specific security measures employed by uuuok include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL): All data transmitted between your browser or app and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit TLS, preventing interception by third parties in transit.
